Great mash shouldn’t take all evening. So, The Master found comfort food made easy.

I first discovered this mash while travelling through the United States.

It was simple, comforting and surprisingly good, the kind of food that works just as well on a busy weeknight as it does alongside a proper home-cooked meal.

What impressed me most was the texture. Smooth, creamy and made from real potatoes, without the time and effort normally needed to prepare mash from scratch.

So I brought it home to make life just a little easier in South African kitchens.
