Honey is one of the most fascinating foods in the world; every region produces its own flavour, colour and character.

While travelling, I found a producer in XXX offering both beautifully pure irradiated honey and raw honey that tasted incredible straight from the jar. Sweet, rich and wonderfully versatile.

It works just as well on warm toast as it does stirred into tea or drizzled over breakfast. After tasting it, bringing it home was an easy decision.
